Mep Spa is our world-leading supplier of metal cutting machines, which are produced in the 4 production units in Italy and Canada.
The basic structure and the cutting arm, cast from cast iron, ensure increased rigidity of the machine, which allows increased productivity and high precision cutting.

The metal cutting machines supplied by Mep Spa are classified into 4 categories:

  • Network (small and medium cars): PH range, Shark, Tiger, Cobra, Falcon;
  • Industry (medium and large machines for semi-automatic or NC ordered cutting): Shark, Tiger range;
  • Velocex: high-speed metal cutting machines with disc;
  • Thor: large, semi-automatic cutting machines with two columns for heavy cutting.

The Network machines range includes metal cutting machines with manually operated cutting arm, CCS (semi-automatic), automatic and NC with automatic bar advance system. The cuts can be at 90º or at an angle from -45º to + 60º. Cutting machines can use ribbon cloths or cutting discs.

Velocex cutting machines are disc cutting machines of very high productivity and precision, at an incomparable quality. Can cut bars up to Ø175 mm.

For the Thor range the bar cutting capacity can be up to 1020x1020 mm sections.

Mep metal cutting machines can also be equipped with automatic bar feeders type CB6001.
